When you contact us
We use the name, email address, company details and message you provide to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please share only the information needed to discuss your project, and avoid including passwords or sensitive personal information.
How enquiries are handled
Contact form messages are sent to ICN’s email inbox. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. Our hosting and email service providers support the processing and delivery of these messages.
When you use the Project Pathfinder
Your quiz choices stay in the current page until you choose “Create my brief”. Your quiz stays available as you browse this site in the same tab. Refreshing clears it. You can read and copy your guided brief without providing contact details.
When you create your brief, your selected quiz answers are automatically processed through our configured AI gateway to suggest a project summary. We may use a locally hosted model or an external provider, including an external fallback if the local model is unavailable. We do not include your name, email address or company in that request. Provider processing and retention depend on the service configured by ICN. AI suggestions should be reviewed before use.
If you send your brief, it is included with your contact details in the enquiry email. The website does not store a separate quiz database or log quiz answer bodies.
Authorized product administration
When product administration is enabled, we retain administrator grants, saved catalogue revisions, review attestations and audit records to control access and document product and pricing decisions. Private costs and notes stay on the server and are not included in customer views. Administrator access is managed through explicit grants and revocation.
Technical information
The website and hosting environment may process connection information to serve pages, diagnose errors and limit abusive requests. The application does not record your message body in its operational logs.
Cookies and external resources
We use browser language settings to suggest English or Thai. Your language choice is remembered in a first-party cookie for one year and in tab session storage. You can change it using the language switch.
This version of the website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Following an external link or sending an email may involve other providers and their privacy practices.
When enabled, infrastructure carts are saved on our server and recovered using a secure cookie for up to 30 days. Nonpersonal product choices and pending changes are kept in your browser; offline retries are supported for seven days. Signing in links your cart to your verified account. We store your account email and the business and billing details you provide. Sign-out clears the browser cart. No payment details are stored and adding items does not place an order.
Known customers’ business, billing, cart and order records are retained indefinitely. Anonymous session-only data expires after 30 days. Security codes, password links and sessions have shorter lifetimes. Account closure is not offered; service cancellation and refunds are handled manually by the office. These operational retention choices remain subject to applicable obligations.
Retention and requests
Enquiries are retained as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about your information, request corrections or discuss deletion.
